Gratitude #50

#50 It feels hard today and I feel a bit tetchy. So I’m just having five minutes on my bench. Thankful that I get this amazing view to look at. And thankful for realising that I feel stressed today and doing a little bit of deep breathing. We can’t change this situation, all we can do is look after our mental, physical and emotional health while going through it. Hope you’re all doing ok today. Xxxx
